This is an initial privacy disclosure for Everyday Residentials' AI workflow consulting website, not a substitute for legal review before production rollout. We do not operate an HVAC repair or home remodeling service.

Information submitted

If you choose to contact us, the form requests your name, business name, business email, service type and a brief description of your business process. Do not submit sensitive homeowner records, financial information, health information, passwords or other private information.

Why it is used

The information is used to evaluate and respond to your business inquiry, manage an agreed project and maintain a record of permitted communication. Submitting the form does not authorize unsolicited marketing or automated calling.

How the form is processed

On a Netlify-hosted version, Netlify Forms processes submitted business inquiries and its spam filtering may process request metadata. On other static preview hosts, sending the form opens your email program, and you must press Send yourself. That route sends your information through your chosen email provider to our business-operations inbox. We do not claim that a form was sent when the email composer merely opened.

Third-party services and content

The website loads web fonts and optimized demonstration video from outside providers, including Google Fonts and Cloudinary. They may receive standard technical request data. The public checklist is read-only and contains project delivery metadata, not lead records.

Sharing and retention

We do not publish your business inquiry on the progress dashboard. Information may be processed by technical service providers engaged to operate business communication. Retention, access, deletion and geographic processing controls must be finalized before a full production CRM launch.

Your requests

If you have questions about submitted information, reply to the business email conversation through which you contacted us. We will review correction or deletion requests subject to applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

Children

Everyday Residentials targets adult business operators and does not intentionally collect information from children.
